Transform Your Life
Finding You Therapy Programs
“The truth about intimate relationships is that they can never be any better than our relationship with ourselves.”
- James Hollis, Ph.D.
Support for Each Step on Your Journey
Finding You Intensives are typically 2-5 day immersive programs for individuals, couples, and families. These programs help participants uncover their root current-day issues. They serve as a springboard for those new to the work and as a therapy accelerator for those already on their therapeutic journey.

Stay in the Room
Stay in the Room goes on sale April 7th and is available for pre-order now. Stay in the Room is the story of a high-profile Mormon father, his gay son, and Dr. Reedy’s commentary on the journey that both of them traversed to find themselves and the lessons that each had to learn in order to love and accept each other. It’s raw, funny, heartwarming, inspirational, and educational. Jeff Mclean, a son raised in Utah in the shadow of Mormonism and his father, Michael McLean-Mormonism’s answer to Billy Joel - share their stories in an effort to help other individuals and families who may be struggling to navigate the tension between faith, identity, and unconditional love. It’s a story that gives hope for people who might feel lost and alone. It’s a story about all of us. And in its pages, Dr. Reedy share his ideas on the heroic journey inward that everyone must take to find themselves and more fully accept and love the people close to them.
Books by Dr. Brad Reedy
The Audacity to Be You
The Audacity to Be You—Learning to Love Your Horrible, Rotten Self, by Dr. Reedy, offers readers a new perspective on mental health and recovery. Whether you are struggling with mental health issues, parenting, relationship intimacy, or stage-of-life questions, Reedy suggests with this new way of thinking, “In this way of thinking, you don’t get to be right anymore. But you do get to be a Self. And being a Self is so much better.”
The Journey of the Heroic Parent
The Journey of the Heroic Parent—Your Child’s Struggle & The Road Home, by Dr. Reedy, offers a unique take on transformative parenting, moving from anxiety to empowerment - an essential element of Finding You Programs - and urges parents to learn and grow with their children. The outcome of healthy parenting is not necessarily well-behaved children but greater peace, hope and clarity. As the title suggests, “No matter the issue, the heroic journey is always inward.”
