Coaches
At Finding You Therapy Programs, we believe each employee helps define the quality of our programs. We are committed to finding, training, and supporting a team dedicated to collaboration and change. To truly help individuals, we must also be invested in achieving our own whole-health and doing our own work. Our team embodies these values, fostering an environment of continuous growth and holistic well-being to ensure we provide the highest level of support and care to those we serve. All of our coaches operate with a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach, rooted in the understanding that our early relationships shape how we connect with ourselves and others. Through a lens of self-discovery, our coaches guide clients to explore their inner world with compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. While each coach brings unique expertise and experience, they all provide valuable insights and tools to foster healthy relationships—with others and with oneself. With a Finding You coach, we offer the support needed to help clients connect to their inner knowing. We are not the experts in your truth; we are experts in creating the space for you to discover your truth. While coaching and therapy have some significant overlap, our coaches are trained in Finding You’s Intensive programming to help clients get unstuck from problematic or challenging patterns. While therapy may offer diagnoses and other clinical services, our coaches focus on skills that align with the client’s core values.

Brad Reedy, Ph.D.
Partner & Coach
-
Prior to founding Finding You Therapy Programs, Dr. Brad Reedy served for more than 25 years as a Co-owner and Clinical Director of Evoke Therapy Programs. While at Evoke, he created Finding You Intensives, an attachment-based, experiential therapeutic intensive program that helps participants to connect their past to their current questions and issues. Finding You Intensives offer a springboard into therapy for those new to the journey, and for those already on their therapy journey, these programs offer participants an accelerator and compliment to their work.
-
Brad's therapeutic philosophy is deeply rooted in the transformative concept of the Hero's Journey, as highlighted by Joseph Campbell. This framework not only illustrates epic narratives but also mirrors the profound psychological transformations that individuals experience. In Brad's practice, therapy is seen as a sacred space. Therapy serves as a container where clients' stories, pains, and hopes are held and honored, facilitating deep healing through being truly heard and understood.
Each client's journey in therapy involves confronting fears, examining old wounds, and ultimately embracing profound changes. Brad emphasizes that these changes go beyond mere behavioral adjustments, representing a fundamental transformation of consciousness. This process is often so significant that it resembles the mythological motifs of death and rebirth, symbolizing a complete renewal of the self.
Brad's approach embraces the understanding that the journey itself is the most crucial aspect of therapy. He believes that while specific answers or outcomes may initially motivate the therapeutic quest, the journey often reveals much deeper insights and growth. Through his practice, Brad helps clients uncover their true selves, develop a deeper compassion for others, and understand their place in the world, returning from their personal odysseys with new stories of healing and transformation.
-
In his personal life, Brad likes spending time with family and friends traveling, taking in the beauty of Utah, discussing art and philosophy, and hiking. He loves live music and theatre and learning to play the guitar. He is an avid sports fan and loves to attend games at stadiums and arenas when he travels.

-
Nateasa has a clinical focus on trauma, attachment, and grief. She cringes at the phrase “healing journey” and if you do as well, then she’s likely a great fit for your work. She believes that becoming more self led is often intuitive, complex, and dynamic. During her 11 years of working as a Social Worker and 9 years as a Clinician she’s had the honor of meeting and staying with folks during their most challenging life moments. Sessions with her are equal parts laughter and tears, and she is always eager to see you. She is a therapist in therapy because she believes wholeheartedly in this work.
Curiosity is the primary strength of Nateasa’s therapeutic approach. She understands that people will intrinsically move toward healing and it’s best for the clinician to stay out of the way. Nateasa is affirming and views behavioral patterns through the lens of attachment. She values transparency and directness when provided from a place of attunement. Nateasa is eager to prepare her clients to feel comfortable with discomfort. She values the importance of tending to our past in an effort to better understand and nurture ourselves.
-
Nateasa was raised on Mr. Rogers and will inevitably reference Carl Jung in session. She has too many plants and watches too much reality tv. Nateasa seems to always be reading a memoir. She is loved by her stoic husband, goofball dogs, kind mother, and an extraordinary group of friends. When traveling she will always seek out an interesting coffee shop and make a beeline for a museum.
