Bryan Lepinske, MSW
Bryan has over 24 years of experience working with individuals and families. He has dedicated his career to guiding people through their journeys of self-discovery, healing, and growth. A licensed therapist for 19 years, he has served as a guide, coach, crisis worker, and compassionate advocate for those navigating life’s complexities. Bryan holds a BA in Anthropology and an MSW, which have shaped his holistic understanding of human behavior and relationships. Colleagues recognize him for his ability to help clients clarify and heal their sense of self, fostering deeper connections and lasting change.
Bryan’s work is rooted in a deep respect for the influences of culture, community, and place on individual identity. Viewing each person through an anthropological lens, he approaches his work with curiosity, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to understanding the whole person. Central to his practice is attachment theory, which informs how he helps clients explore their relationships, emotions, and patterns of connection. By creating a safe and nurturing space, Bryan supports individuals in building resilience, cultivating self-awareness, and uncovering their authentic selves.
Raised on a river in a rural community, the wilderness has always been Bryan’s respite. What he cherishes most when not with his clients is his time with his partner and her children, wandering this extraordinary earth. Hobbies and interests include packrafting, building and woodworking, mountain running, and exploring and honoring the wild within all of us.
