Kaysha Sorensen, M.S., ACMHC

Kaysha believes that we are all human beings that long to be loved. It is this deep desire that can either foster or get in the way of relationships. Her approach is to walk alongside others as they discover what blocks their path to their truth, and their ability to give and receive love. A relational approach, rooted in attachment theory. Kaysha currently is working toward her somatic experience practitioner certificate (a 3 yr process), and towards a breathework certification with OBI. Kaysha enjoys working with adults of all ages and specializes in panic and anxiety, body image issues, codependency, divorce, emerging adulthood, trauma, family conflict, parenting, and finding Self.

Kaysha received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rocky Mountain University. She graduated from Southern Utah University where she studied Psychology and Family Studies. Kaysha started her career in prevention. She specifically worked with the teenage population advocating for substance and suicide prevention at the local, state, and national levels.
